These Terms & Conditions and Disclosure govern your use of the websites, products, programs, courses, digital materials, personalized reports, coaching, consulting, communities, and other services offered by Radically Authentic You LLC, including products and services offered under Business By Your Code™, Business Code, Seven-Figure Business Code Map™, Personal Design Mapping System™, and related brands and offerings.
Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Radically Authentic You LLC. “You” refers to the purchaser, participant, website visitor, or user of our products and services.
By accessing our websites, purchasing a product or service, participating in a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of Our Services
Radically Authentic You LLC provides educational, informational, business-development, personal-development, coaching, strategy, and related products and services.
Depending on the product or service you purchase, our work may incorporate business strategy, personal development, Human Design, Western astrology, Vedic astrology, Gene Keys, harmonics, intuitive interpretation, artificial intelligence, and other tools or methodologies.
These tools may be used alongside information about your actual business, goals, challenges, circumstances, and questions.
Our products are intended to provide information, perspective, education, and tools that you may choose to apply to your business or life.
You remain responsible for evaluating information provided to you and deciding what actions, business decisions, financial decisions, health decisions, or other choices are appropriate for your circumstances.
Personalized Products and Information You Provide
Certain products, including Business Code Maps and related personalized products, require you to submit information so that we can create your personalized materials.
This information may include your name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth location, Human Design or astrological information, business information, goals, challenges, questions, and written intake responses.
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The usefulness and accuracy of a personalized product may be affected by incomplete or inaccurate information, particularly incorrect birth information or incomplete business information.
Our collection and processing of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Technology
Some of our products and services use artificial intelligence and automated technology as part of the process for creating personalized materials, reports, educational content, or other resources.

Information derived from these systems should be considered alongside your experience, judgment, business information, professional advice where appropriate, and real-world evidence.

Names such as Seven-Figure Business Code Map™ describe our proprietary products and concepts. They are not promises or guarantees that a purchaser will build, earn, or receive a seven-figure business or income.
Business results vary significantly based on factors including the individual, business model, market, offer, experience, execution, investment, economic conditions, customer demand, timing, and other circumstances outside our control.
Medical, Mental Health and Wellness Disclosure
Our educational materials, personal-development work, coaching, wellness-related practices, and other services are not substitutes for medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or advice from a licensed healthcare professional.
Nothing provided by Radically Authentic You LLC should be interpreted as medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
If you participate in wellness practices or activities, you are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when needed, particularly before beginning a new health or wellness practice.

No Professional or Fiduciary Relationship
Your purchase or use of our websites, products, personalized reports, educational materials, coaching, strategy, or other services does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment-adviser, physician-patient, therapist-patient, or other licensed professional relationship. Nothing provided by Radically Authentic You LLC creates a fiduciary relationship or transfers responsibility for your business, financial, legal, health, or personal decisions to Radically Authentic You LLC. You remain responsible for determining whether and how to act on information provided through our products and services and for obtaining qualified professional advice when appropriate.
Individual Results
Every individual and business is different.
Examples, customer experiences, testimonials, case studies, and stories may illustrate what a particular person experienced. They do not guarantee that another person will receive the same or similar results.
Your results depend on many factors, including your starting point, decisions, circumstances, effort, market, offer, business model, execution, resources, and other variables.
We do not guarantee specific personal, business, financial, health, relationship, or other outcomes.
Purchases and Payment
Prices, payment terms, payment plans, delivery terms, and other purchase details will be disclosed on the applicable sales page, checkout page, order form, or purchase agreement.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the terms displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
If a product or service has additional purchase terms displayed on its sales page or checkout, those product-specific terms form part of your agreement with us.
If product-specific purchase terms conflict with these general Terms regarding delivery, cancellation, refunds, or access for that specific product, the clearly disclosed product-specific terms will control for that purchase, subject to applicable law.
Digital Delivery and Product Access
Many of our products are delivered digitally.
Delivery may involve email, an access page, purchase code, online portal, personalized application, downloadable materials, or another digital method described at purchase.
Personalized products may require you to complete additional steps after purchase before the finished product can be generated.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking spam or promotional folders when necessary, and completing required intake information.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms may vary by product or service.
Digital and personalized products may be designated final sale because access, digital materials, personalized processing, or generation begins after purchase.
When a product is final sale, that condition will be disclosed on the applicable sales or checkout page.
Programs, coaching, consulting, subscriptions, events, or other services may have different cancellation or refund terms. Those terms will be provided in connection with the applicable offer.
We will honor refund, cancellation, and consumer rights required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the websites, materials, frameworks, methods, reports, Maps, written content, videos, graphics, training materials, course materials, processes, product names, and other original content provided by Radically Authentic You LLC are owned by or licensed to Radically Authentic You LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes proprietary materials associated with Business By Your Code™, Business Code, Seven-Figure Business Code Map™, Personal Design Mapping System™, and related products and frameworks.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Unless we expressly provide different written permission, your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal or business-development purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, share, teach, commercially exploit, create derivative commercial products from, or represent our proprietary materials as your own without written permission.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from honestly reviewing or discussing your experience with our business or products.
Your Content and Information
You retain ownership of original content and information you submit to us.
You give Radically Authentic You LLC permission to process that information as reasonably necessary to provide the product or service you requested, operate our business, provide customer support, protect our systems, and perform the activities described in our Privacy Policy.
We may analyze aggregated or de-identified customer information to understand customer needs, improve our products and services, identify broader patterns, and improve our business and marketing.
We will not publish your private personalized Map, private intake responses, or identifiable personal story as a testimonial or marketing case study without appropriate permission.
Testimonials, Reviews and Customer Experiences
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, or other feedback, we may ask for permission to use it in our marketing.
Any testimonial we publish should reflect the customer’s genuine experience.
We do not require customers to provide positive reviews, and nothing in these Terms restricts your right to express an honest opinion about our products, services, or business.
Confidentiality in Groups and Communities
Some programs or services may include group calls, communities, workshops, or spaces where participants share personal or business information.
You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not intentionally record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share another participant’s private information without permission.
We cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with these obligations. Use reasonable judgment when deciding what personal or confidential information to share in group settings.
Third-Party Services
Our websites and products may rely on or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, AI providers, email services, advertising platforms, applications, or other technology providers.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, security, content, or policies of third-party services that we do not control.
Technology and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep our websites, digital products, applications, and delivery systems functioning properly.
Technology can fail.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to websites, applications, AI providers, hosting platforms, email systems, payment processors, internet services, or other third-party technology.
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative method of delivery.
Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
Our products and services provide information, education, perspective, strategy, and tools. You decide what to do with that information.
You agree that you will not rely on our products as a substitute for professional advice where legal, medical, psychological, tax, accounting, investment, or other licensed professional advice is appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a specific purchased product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to Radically Authentic You LLC for the product or service giving rise to that claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Radically Authentic You LLC harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our products, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.
Termination or Suspension of Access
We may suspend or terminate access to a product, program, community, or service when reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized sharing of protected materials, nonpayment, security concerns, or a material violation of these Terms.
Termination does not give us the right to withhold a refund where applicable law requires one.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts as permitted by applicable law.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law or an agreement with you provides otherwise.
