The information processed may include birth information, business information, questionnaire responses, and other information you voluntarily submit through the applicable intake process. We do not represent automated or AI-generated information as financial, legal, medical, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.

Customer Research and Product Improvement

We may analyze customer experiences, questions, purchasing behavior, product usage, intake themes, and feedback to understand our customers and improve our products, services, messaging, and marketing. Where reasonably possible, information used for broader research, trend analysis, product development, or marketing analysis will be aggregated, de-identified, or used without publicly identifying an individual customer.
