Hi, I’m Lisa.
Business Design Strategist
Twenty years, brick-and-mortar, a full client roster. I built it exactly the way I was taught to build it. By every measure anyone handed me, it worked. I made money. I stayed in business. I sold it for full asking price in two weeks.
I did all the things. And in the end, I burned out and spent a year in bed fried.
That was the part nobody had taught me to measure.
I knew how to build a business. I knew how to get clients, make money, work hard, and keep the thing going. What I didn’t know was how I was designed to work.
Nobody had ever taught me that I belonged in the business equation.
When I finally started looking at my birth data and my own design, I could see what I’d been missing. I had spent years trying to get better at a way of working that drained the hell out of me.
The business wasn’t the problem. Building it without understanding myself was.
And I wasn’t about to do that again.
So I took what I knew about business and started combining it with what I was learning about my own design, how I work, how I make decisions, what I have energy for, and what I’m actually here to build.
