We’ve been taught to start with the strategy. The offer. The funnel. The platform. What worked for someone else.
And yes, those things matter.
But they’re not the whole equation.
Because you came into this world with your own code.
Your birth data holds clues to how you’re naturally wired to work, make decisions, create, lead, communicate, make money, and build your version of success.
You are coded for your success. Not someone else’s.
That doesn’t mean strategy doesn’t matter. It means the strategy has to work with the person using it.
My work brings those two things together: your code and what actually works in business.
Because I don’t help you build a business that looks successful and costs you your life to run.
I help you build one that makes money, works for you, and funds the freedom you built it for in the first place.
That’s the mission.
My business was stuck. No matter how much I followed the experts, nothing changed. I spent years tweaking my funnel, my offers, my strategy, and nothing moved. When I received my Business Design Blueprint, everything made sense. I could finally see why it wasn’t working and exactly what needed to shift. My business now generates multiple six figures and I’m no longer struggling.

That little beep inside you that says, this isn’t right for me. The one you ignored when you took the wrong job, stayed too long, said yes when you wanted to say no, did the thing that made sense even though something in you knew better.
That beep isn’t the problem. It’s the part of you that’s known all along.

I’VE SPENT MOST OF MY LIFE BUILDING MY WAY TO FREEDOM.
The day before I was supposed to sign the lease on my first salon in Aspen, another salon owner called me. I know you’re buying Blue Salon, she said. I‘m just curious, if you’re taking over their business, why are they referring all of their clients to me?
The next morning I opened the Aspen paper and found an interview with the owners, talking about the restaurant they were opening next. They’d already told the whole town the salon was done.
I didn’t sign the lease.
I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was a teenager. London at seventeen to study hair, then years inside major beauty companies, then my own salon here in Aspen for about twenty years, sold for full asking price in two weeks. After that, years of online business, mentors, masterminds, funnels and launches, north of $100,000 trying to build the freedom I thought all that work was supposed to buy me.
I knew business. What I couldn’t figure out was why I kept working so hard without ever getting there.
Then a longtime mentor looked at me and said, You’ve done everything I’ve told you to do. I have no idea why it’s not working for you. That sentence changed everything. For once, I didn’t go looking for another strategy. I started looking at me.
I went back into my birth data, Human Design, astrology, Gene Keys, but this time through the lens of business. How was I actually designed to work? How do I make decisions? Why could I be so capable at something and still end up completely depleted by it?
And that’s when I saw something I hadn’t seen before:
What you’re capable of doing and what you’re designed to build are not the same thing. That realization became the beginning of Business Code. I took what I could see in my personal design and brought it together with everything I’d studied, learned, tested, built and lived through decades in business. And suddenly, I wasn’t looking for someone else’s answer anymore. I was learning how to read my own code.
That’s the work I do now.
