Most of the people I work with are smart, capable, and genuinely good at what they do. They’ve invested in the right strategies. They’ve done the work. And something still isn’t locking in, income fluctuates, momentum stalls, and they can’t quite figure out why.
What I’ve found, again and again, is that it’s rarely a strategy problem. It’s a design mismatch.
They’re running a business model that works beautifully for someone else, just not for how they’re actually wired to operate.
My work is built around a methodology I developed called Soul Convergence Mapping™ — a synthesis of Human Design, Astrology, and the Gene Keys that I cross-map and translate into real-world life and business decisions.
It reveals how you make decisions, generate income, lead, and sustain momentum, and where your current model may be working against you.
When your business is built around that instead of around what’s supposed to work, revenue becomes steadier. Decisions become clearer. And building stops feeling like constant reinvention.

Before working with Lisa, I didn’t realize how far I had drifted from myself. I was anxious all the time. My body never rested, my mind never stopped. Everything felt tight, relationships, work, even just being in my skin.

Hi, I’m Lisa.
I didn’t arrive here through strategy. I arrived through a series of moments that each asked me to choose myself over comfort.
I walked away from a high-end salon in Aspen that looked successful from the outside but was quietly suffocating me. From a marriage where staying small felt safer than being seen. From a family pattern that taught me to shape-shift in order to belong.
Every time I left a version of myself that wasn’t true, something sharpened in me. My perception. My ability to see what wasn’t being said. My discernment around what was real versus what just looked right on paper.
I’m a sixth-generation intuitive. For a long time I tried to make that more acceptable, more practical, more structured, more palatable to the business world I was trying to belong to.
So I did what I was told. I got certified. I studied everything — hypnotherapy, Reiki, breathwork, Vedic and Western astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, harmonics, nervous system regulation. I hired the coaches, bought the courses, followed the formulas, built the funnels, niched down, posted every day, ran the ads.
Nine years. Over $100,000 invested. Genuinely trying to make it work.
And it never fully stabilized.
Not because I lacked intelligence or effort. But because every model I was building from was designed for someone else’s wiring. Every time I forced myself into a framework that didn’t fit, my energy dropped, the income stalled, and I found myself starting over again.
Eventually I saw it clearly, the problem was never my capability. It was the blueprint.
So I stopped trying to adapt myself to frameworks that weren’t built for me and started building my own. I took everything I understood — astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, harmonics, business structure, nervous system mechanics, and integrated them into one cohesive methodology. Not as a reading. Not as personality insight. But as a real map for how someone is actually wired to operate.
That became Soul Convergence Mapping™.
It’s not about magic or mysticism. It’s about synthesis, cross-mapping multiple systems to show where your decision-making, timing, capacity, and revenue model either align or conflict with how you’re actually built to work.
It’s the bridge I had to build for myself. Now it’s what I use to help entrepreneurs build businesses that are true to their wiring, and strong enough to actually sustain their lives.
