What thoughts prevent you from releasing the old? What addictive patterns are you holding onto and are you willing to LET IT GO and focus only on what truly brings you JOY?
It is a time of new beginnings as we are now being given the opportunity and energetic support to build the foundation for the life you want to live, but you cannot put anything new into an already full cup. The old stories, beliefs and programs must change so there is room for the new. This year is about releasing the old and taking action to let go of what is no longer congruent with your PERSONAL truth.

Everything in our lives is there for our highest good and it is up to each and everyone of us to SEE the gifts of our own life experiences. Like a jigsaw puzzle, the pieces will come together and you will be able to understand how each person, experience and choice has been there to grow, empower and AWAKEN YOU. We are breaking through the limitations of old outdated programs and LOVE must lead the way.
How can we LOVE life experiences, people and situations that bring us pain and disappointment? When you reflect on your life, what choices do you regret? LOVE starts with YOU! You have the POWER within to change the stories you tell yourself.
My community was engulfed in a forest fire this month that has burned over 8,000 acres so far. As it continues to burn, it’s easy to focus on the destruction, the loss and trauma this experience has brought to our community, but if you take a deeper look, hearts have opened, people have come together in ways that would have never happened without this experience. LOVE pours through this community as we share our stories and open our hearts to one another.
This reminds me of the Chinese Fable, “Good Luck, Bad Luck, Who Knows…”
There is a Chinese story of a farmer who used an old horse to till his fields. One day, the horse escaped into the hills and when the farmer’s neighbors sympathized with the old man over his bad luck, the farmer replied, “Bad luck? Good luck? Who knows?” A week later, the horse returned with a herd of horses from the hills and this time the neighbors congratulated the farmer on his good luck. His reply was, “Good luck? Bad luck? Who knows?”
Then, when the farmer’s son was attempting to tame one of the wild horses, he fell off its back and broke his leg. Everyone thought this very bad luck. Not the farmer, whose only reaction was, “Bad luck? Good luck? Who knows?”
Some weeks later, the army marched into the village and conscripted every able-bodied youth they found there. When they saw the farmer’s son with his broken leg, they let him off. Now was that good luck or bad luck?

Abusive relationships come in all forms and can be detrimental in many ways, but they also offer the greatest opportunity for growth and learning. We have the ability to change our relationship programming, and when we do, our relationships will change.
What YOU focus on EXPANDS ]and you always have free will. In my own personal journey, I have had numerous experiences with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Each of these experiences brought to me various levels of pain and shock but at the same time, the gifts I received far outweighed the pain I experienced.
When you can view your life from a higher perspective, you than get clarity to the gifts that are there for you. Our soul contracts are there to bring us together in a DEEPER more POWERFUL way. These relationships go in and crack us open at our core, so we can heal the hidden parts of ourselves that are in separation and come HOME to our own self-love. It’s time to tell ourselves NEW stories around our relationships, knowing that when you align with a person who ignites something in you…you are on the precipice for GREAT change within.
I recently experienced feeling a deeper connection that triggered a core wound, and as I processed this and did ENERGY work around it, the GIFT for me was to SEE how far I have grown and WHO I am NOW. We are always growing and expanding and when something ignites within, that is a signal to DIVE IN and get HONEST with yourself. A dear friend of mine always says… “Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes.”
You can run from yourself, but you will always circle back around to receive the GIFTS.
I am a firm believer in ENERGY HEALING. There are AMAZING and WONDERFUL HEALERS that are there to support YOU as you step up to LET GO of what no longer serves YOU. My intention is to bring awareness to ALL the tools and support that are available to you. As a Reiki Healer, I love to see the shifts with my clients as they transform and grow. I personally work with various healers and I am happy to refer anyone of them- just reach out.
When we refuse to partake in fear programming, we can open ourselves up to a love higher than we thought possible. Once you clear your energy and heal the magnetic attraction that aligned you to Toxic Relationships, love becomes your natural state and what you attract will be DIVINE LOVE.
