What is false mask? Is it possible to create the life you were born to live by wearing a false mask? What does it mean to be Truly Authentic?
There is an expectation that we must be positive all the time to manifest our desires and if we are going through challenges, we must remain positive by pretending everything is ok. Or we fear the world around us will judge and shame us because we have been conditioned to cover up our true feelings.
We have been TRAINED to respond to challenges by saying; “It’s all good,” or, “No big deal.” As a mother, raising a child with this collective belief system in place, it has been interesting to observe this behavior, to say the least. I have watched children fall and get hurt and the response from an adult was, “you’re ok, that didn’t hurt,” when clearly the child was in pain. A separation from the child’s authentic feelings and the self has been initiated and the conditioning to put on a false mask has begun.

Another way we have been conditioned to put on a false mask, is by sugar coating situations. We lose the essence of who we are when we stop making choices that support our true authentic self and commit to living a life the is not congruent with our truth. People can be afraid to make a commitment to anything because they are afraid that they are going to make a mistake. You ARE going to make mistakes. It’s part of being human and there is no way around it, but mistakes are not really mistakes, as this is one of the ways we grow and ‘course correct’ our lives.
In owning your truth and taking responsibility for YOU and your Feelings, you learn to Trust Yourself, to stand by your side and to be completely authentic to you which aligns you with Priceless Wisdom and Growth.

YOU and the DIVINE are ONEThe Universe is completely NEUTRAL, has no agenda, and will bring to you whatever your vibration is radiating. When we lie to ourselves, we bring to us people and experiences that mirror back to us this frequency. Being authentic and true to yourself will align you to relationships and life experiences that support your true nature, thus living a rewarding and fulfilling life.
That is not to say that we won’t go through uncomfortable situations, but the gifts that we receive yield more JOY than you could possibly imagine.
When we say, “It’s all good”, it’s our unconscious programming trying to trick the universe with a false positive mask. The universe cannot be tricked and a false positive mask, ulterior motives, and negating the truth never works as you would hope. You are a powerful creator, you and the Divine are ONE, this is your Mighty I AM Presence, and the truth of YOU.
When we are not congruent with ALL aspects of our truth, we give the Universe mixed signals and short circuit our Beautiful Power.
When something takes place in your life that does not feel right to you and you continue to allow the situation to unfold, you NEGATE the power that is within you and you give the Universe the permission to bring you more of the same. You are a powerful creator and by taking responsibility for your life, for your actions and for your choices, by owning your truth, removing your false mask and getting real with yourself, you align to your true AUTHENTIC self!
Our life experience is based on Free Will, somethings are created from our Human (ego) while others are from the Divine, but it is up to you to discern what you want to allow into your life. It’s time to remove the false mask, to allow your LIGHT, your TRUTH and your AUTHENTIC self to shine through.
The energy on the planet is changing and rising to a higher octave and we are ALL being called into our own power and take charge of our life creations. When we release the false masks and stand in our truth we create the space for others to do the same. This creates a ripple effect, and the world as we know it changes. By changing our own endless loop of pain and suffering, we break the cycle on a GRAND scale.
We are a part of the Collective Whole and together, with new intents and telling yourself the truth, the Universe becomes our ALLY. It is time to use your light within to burn away the darkness. This is about walking in your light, owning your true power, and not accepting anything less than truth. It is a time of great revolution on earth.

The power of June is in full force as we can feel the energies of the planet heating up. It has been a time of review before the NEW.
If you have been submerged in the drama of the world around you, then you will bring in more of the same. But you have a choice… Do you like what you are watching, reading and listening to?
If something has you stuck in feeling victimized by the world, then how can you change it? What can you do to support yourself and those around you? Is it possible to take the information you receive and do something creative with it?
Creativity aligns you with the POWER of creation itself and GREAT things happen when you backup creativity with passion.
In the US, we are becoming aware of an ever-increasing amount of suicide taking place. In my community, the topic of conversation has been focused on Anthony Bourdain. At our annual Food and Wine event, people are telling so many beautiful stories of this man and his passion for connection through food and bringing tradition and culture together.
We are a GLOBAL society and it is time to come together in community and world service, to love and support those around us.
Awareness brings choice and the energy of June is supporting us to SEE through the veils of illusion and ask ourselves some very powerful questions.
Let’s create the bridge together through LOVE and SERVICE. Take a moment to look into the heart of another and just connect. We are at the precipice of GREAT change on a GLOBAL scale and LOVE must be the foundation. What can you do each day to support another? One thing we can each do that will have a powerful impact is to sit quietly and send love out into the world.
By owning your personal truth, the illusion of separation dissipates and together, in the collective field of ONENESS, we can make a difference in the world.
Set your Intention to be aligned with your personal truth and self-empowerment. To be a light that shines bright and radiates Divine Love to the world around you.
Set your Intention for LOVE to fill the Earth and that each person feel love within every cell of their being.
Set your Intention to bring your Soul’s gifts into your physical reality and use them to be of service to the world.
Thank you Divine, for this beautiful Earth that I call home. Thank you for the gifts that I experience every day and Thank You for filling my heart and soul with love and connection.
Thank you for assisting me to see the beauty all around me and empowering the Love in my heart to shine into every area of my life.
