What you focus on expands
I have studied the Law of Attraction for many years and was always in fear of looking at the negative aspects of my life as I know that what we focus on expands. So why would I be shining a light on NPD? Great question! As Abraham Hicks always says, “You cannot put a happy sticker on an empty gas tank” There are subconscious programs running in the background that influence every decision you make. These programs can cause confusion, turmoil, and suffering, which prevents you from stepping into your full potential. When we clear the subconscious programs that are bringing us life experiences that are unwanted, we become free from the hidden aspects that have gone unloved. Understanding who you are
The NPD is a vibrational match to your hidden aspects and as you learn the truth of who you are and embrace and love your shadow, you unhook yourself from these experiences. In my work with my clients, they are always taken back when they continue to experience painful behaviors that are purposefully and intentionally directed to make them feel bad or question themselves. I think the best way to say it is, “An honest person will never believe in the dishonesty of another as it is not their nature.”

A scorpion, being a very poor swimmer, asked a turtle to carry him on his back across a river. “Are you mad?” exclaimed the turtle. “You’ll sting me while I’m swimming and I’ll drown.”
“My dear turtle,” laughed the scorpion, “if I were to sting you, you would drown, and I would go down with you. Now where is the logic in that?”
“You’re right!” cried the turtle. “Hop on!” The scorpion climbed aboard and halfway across the river gave the turtle a mighty sting.
As they both sank to the bottom, the turtle resignedly said, “Do you mind if I ask you something? You said there’d be no logic in your stinging me. Why did you do it?”
“Its has nothing to do with logic,” the drowning scorpion sadly replied, “it’s just my character.”
In the work I do with clients around NPD, the hardest part for them is to believe that someone is capable of such manipulation and deceit and this is where the narcissist will access you every time. Your soul brought this experience to help you heal, love, and trust yourself. To believe in you, to stand by your side and to embrace the truth of who you are! You did not come here to play small!
We all came here to live a life of freedom and liberation. For that to happen we must unhook ourselves from what depletes us and keeps us living in fear. When we live our lives from the place of “My Will” you will always be striving to MAKE things happen. This brings an underlying fear into your creation as you are not trusting in the Divine plan, “Divine Will” connects you to the bigger part of you that knows. As you do whatever it takes to embrace your shadow, heal the inner wounds, and love ALL the people in your life (including the NPD), knowing that everyone is there to bring you into your Authentic Self. Our souls are perfect, complete and whole and our human gets caught in judgement, manipulation, anger, fear, lack, limitation, power over others……. the list goes on and on, but it’s not the truth of who we are. Discernment is the key! Your human needs you to make good choices on their behalf!

The Collective Whole – What is going on
March 2018 is a time of communication, truth, and total alignment with the mind, body, and spirit. Under this energy, there is going to be need for us to get real with ourselves, and to face up to any truths we have been avoiding. Communication is also key here and being honest and open with others and yourself is going to be particularly important during the month. If something has been troubling you, or if you have been feeling uncertain about something, the energy of March will really help you to tune into your intuition and work out the truth of how you feel. Trusting and listening to your inner voice is going to be your guiding compass under this energy and will help you to make sense of any troubles or decisions that need to be made. March also starts and ends with two Full Moons, which will continue this strong feminine, lunar energy that has been unfolding since January 2018. To sum it all up, your intuition is the key to navigating the energies on the planet from this point on. Check in with yourself, if it feels good, do it, if it doesn’t, trust that. You may not have all the information now but soon you will understand why. The mind can be manipulated but your intuition will always lead you to your truth.
