You, the Narcissist and the Divine… Discovering Deeper Love
What would be the true meaning for bringing a Narcissist into your life? Of course I can only speak of my own experiences and those of the people that I have worked with personally and professionally, but there is a theme to this journey that I have become aware of. When you are clear of a Narcissist in your life, you are on the fast track to love. DIVINE LOVE. The narcissist becomes a mirror to your own disconnected self as you start to reflect on all the times you stayed, said yes and made the behavior okay. But before you dive into the sadness of this experience, let me say that NPD is more prominent then you realize, and a disconnected self becomes part of a collective whole as we are all learning what it means to LOVE ourselves.
Here is the definition of self-love in the Merriam Webster Dictionary:

This is a powerful reminder of the social conditioning that has influenced us for generations. We are finally breaking free from this outdated belief system as we change the meaning of self-love and become self-empowered. My intention is to bring awareness that we have all, at some point in our lives, had an experience with a Narcissist, whether it was a one-time run in or a deep intimate relationship.
Where does the divine fit into all this? Depending on the depth of the relationship, the Narcissist can and will get into your head and plant seeds of doubt that, over time, will create a disconnect with you from you. Fear, doubt and insecurity feeds the narcissist (narcissistic supply). The NPD will work on your psychology, influencing you at a deep subconscious level to separate you from your support team.
How do we change it? First it is important to get clear and understand that the fears, doubts and insecurity are false programs. It’s also important to understand that as you disconnect from the Narcissist, their behavior amps up; they will most likely use all they know about you and your deepest fears to gain control.

This is where the divine comes in. When you are in a deep state of fear, calling in the divine to guide you is the beginning of aligning with your true authentic self. Then the healing can take place. In my own personal journey to freedom, I had to bring very intense situations to me to release my own ego that was not willing to do the healing work. I also became aware of the human condition of how creative we can get with the information that we know. I kept myself distracted and so busy that there was no time to heal. Healing is an inside job and all the understanding and intellectualizing will not heal you from the attraction that brings the NPD into your life. My ego mind set was so ingrained and therefore I say that the NPD is a gift. We bring this experience into our lives to breakdown what we are not willing to do on our own as the ego will go to great lengths to protect us from the pain.
Doing energy work releases the subconscious programming and heals the pain body at record speed. It saved me years of trying to figure it out. I watched as my outer life transformed and a new sense of peace came over me. I no longer live with the undercurrent of anxiety or fear.
I have truly watched the most magnificent changes take place in my own life, as well as my clients, who have gone on this journey with me to complete transformation. I told a friend recently that as hard as this journey has been I would do it ALL again knowing that the gifts I received are priceless. Please do know that I don’t say this lightly…. I spent many nights in a deep dark night of the soul; every pillow case has mascara stains on them as I cried myself to sleep. It was NOT easy, but through this journey I discovered the POWER of energy healing. This was my path out!

Energy healing and vibrational management is the single most effective method to releasing the NPD from your life and bringing you into alignment with the Divine within you. You become a powerful co-creator with the universe and this is where you learn how to use your Super Powers.
When we refuse to partake in fear programming, we can open ourselves up to a love higher than we ever thought possible. Once you clear your energy and heal the magnetic attraction that aligned you to the NPD, love becomes your natural state and what you attract will be DIVINE LOVE.
Breaking the Cycle – Understanding the NPD
Here is where I go into a more in depth understanding of the scale of NPD. In my own experiences, the narcissist takes on traits from all aspects across the scale in different degrees. Which is why the behavior being so difficult to pin down.
Let’s talk a bit about what the NPD will use to control, manipulate, and take from you.
1 – LOVE BOMBING – in the beginning this is the weapon of choice. The narcissist listens to your every word, they get to know you better than you know yourself. They will love bomb you into believing they are ALL about you. Love bombing invariably includes lots of conversation, future focusing and sharing stories that work on your empathy and compassion. It is a very calculated behavior as the NPD will spend as much time as necessary to hook you. They are emotional vampires as they use attention and affection to build trust.
2 – NARCISSISTIC SUPPLY – This term refers to anything the NPD uses to get their ego fed. Narcissistic supply generally refers to a person or potential persons, that a NPD will use, but supply can also be a car, job, home or anything that provides status and power. Narcissistic supply feeds the insatiable ego of the NPD with attention and emotional energy.
3- GASLIGHTING – This one is tricky and the NPD will use it in various ways. Gaslighting is a tactic used in order to gain more power. The receiver of this behavior will question their reality. The NPD will tell you blatant lies. They deny they ever said something, even though you have proof. They use what is near and dear to you as ammunition (FEAR). They wear you down over time. Their actions do not match their words. They use positive reinforcement to confuse you. They project.
As you become more aware of how this behavior works, you gain more personal power to do whatever it takes to release yourself from this relationship.

The Collective Whole – What is going on Welcome to April 2018. As a collective whole, we are going through an evolution in consciousness. We are being called to step into our true authentic self and we will bring life experiences to us to wake us up. More than ever it is important that we stand in the truth of who we authentically are to harness the energy of our souls and bring forth a new Earth reality.
There is no going back as we move forward in 2018. This year is proving to be yet another energetically powerful year as a wave of cosmic energy arrived with the blue moon on March 31st, which enabled the birth of a new dawn and a new reality. This shift revealed a gateway into a future where the power of our deepest truth is merging to align us with a self-empowered life. A new journey of creation and manifestation is initiating many endings and new beginnings.
Higher levels of creativity are being activated and deeper levels of spiritual insight are flooding in as we are being called to travel deeply inward into the core of rebirth. This allows our consciousness to be infused with our soul purpose, new perceptions, understandings and new insights.
At this powerful time, a deepening awareness to become fully awake emerges. It involves knowing and experiencing divine love, healing and balance. Work with the universal laws of balance and flow with the rhythm of the universe and you will create a beautiful, joyful and magical life. The energy that is now upon us urges us to move forward with joy and inspiration. It is up to each one of us to unravel and unmask ourselves so that we may rise like the Phoenix.
Use this time of renewal and rebirth to gain fresh eyes and a new divine perspective. When you let go and allow the divine to take the lead, magic and miracles show up in the most amazing ways! Please do know that this energy forecast is here to support you on your journey. Take what resonates and release what doesn’t. You always have free will!
